DescriptionCarved wooden handle in form of a stooping bird. Bird's beak rests on his feet--his tail sticks up, forming the handle. Feathers are carved in a stylized, high relief pattern. Very glossy finish--remnants of white paint to emphasize the carved feather detains (?).
