DescriptionConical hat of stiff frame. Decorated with 4 three dimensional beaded birds, 2 beaded masks with dimensional eyes and noses. the background of the cone is geometric designs of bands, enterlocking diamonds & triangles in multicolored beads. The hat is topped with a beaded bird having red, white, and blue wings.
