DescriptionWood and bamboo handle, whip of twisted cord. Handle end is wood, painted red, and rest of handle is bamboo with each segment painted a different color: blue, yellow, red. Cord painted blue. Paint used: 'RIPOLIN', a synthetic enamel marketed in the 1930s/40s/50s in France and French administered territories.
